REFunds and cancellations

Despite best planning, cancellation is sometimes necessary for unforseen and unavoidable reasons.

WICS unfortunately cannot accept any liability for payment for accommodation booked by delegates with the conference venue.

However, delegates will be able to apply for a full refund of registration fee and evening meal up to 30 days prior to the meeting by contacting: wicstreasurer@gmail.com
